New England Real Estate Journal Interview with Tim L. Edgar

Hotel Innvestor Founder & President Tim L. Edgar was the featured speaker on crowdfunding for hotels at the Hotel Equity & Lender Perspectives (HELP) Conference in Boston.  2015 was the first year that crowdfunding had been included in the agenda for the HELP Conference and it was one of the most anticipated and heavily attended sessions of the show.  Crowdfunding hotel investments is the process issuing private securities through a Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA licensed Broker-Dealer for equity ownership in a given hotel property to accredited investors. Accredited Investors as defined by the SEC are individuals with a minimum $1 million net worth excluding their primary residence or having a minimum annual income of $200,000 per year for the past two years or $250,000 per year as a couple, with a reasonable expectation to continue to make that income.  This year the conference was held at the beautiful Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center.

Tim took time out during the conference for an interview on the Rick Kaplan & Eric Wilson Show on the New England Real Estate Journal network.
